"Suffering it's in your own hands" For me, suffering is a choice that we make in our life. We are suffering because sometimes we are making our life complicated. Sometimes we are just suffering because we are letting other people dictate what we need to do in our life. We should stop others to decide our own life and just listen to our heart and mind about what we really want so that we can stop the suffering and we can live peacefully. Suffering is one of the factors why most of the people commit suicide because suffering gives stress and some of the people are having despression by suffering. Most of the people think that suffering doesn't have any solution so that they think that the best solution for that is commiting suicide. Sometimes we suffer because of the past that happened to us if we don't look forward of what is happening to our present we simply can't just stop the suffering that is happening to us.
